The vigorous development of information technology has extended Internet service to the traditional service field of public libraries. Public libraries are facing the great challenges and opportunities, so it is imperative to carry out cross-border service. Through cross-border integration of new media, e-commerce, publishing, data provider, credit and financial evaluation, social and cultural institutions and other models to explore the way to change, this paper analyzes the need and power of cross-border service, difficulties and ways out, in order to provide users with more convenient, more personalized and accurate service.
