代谢体检人群高尿酸血症的发生情况及其危险因素

Occurrence and risk factors of hyperuricemia in individuals undergoing metabolic physical examination

目的探讨代谢体检人群高尿酸血症(HUA)的检出率及其发生的危险因素。方法选取2 546名进行健康体检人群为研究对象,收集研究对象的人口学资料、体格检查和生化指标检测资料,分析HUA检出情况。分析HUA发生的影响因素。结果 2 546例研究对象中,HUA检出率为21. 45%,其中男性检出率高于女性,检出率随年龄增大呈升高趋势(均P <0. 05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,男性、舒张压升高、TG升高、肌酐升高、脂肪肝、高体质指数均是HUA的危险因素(均P <0. 05),各危险因素作用由大到小依次为肌酐、舒张压、TG、体质指数、脂肪肝、男性。结论代谢体检人群中HUA检出率较高,且有随着年龄增长而增长的趋势。男性、舒张压升高、TG升高、肌酐升高、脂肪肝、高体质指数者发生HUA的风险增高。

Objective To explore the detection rate and risk factors of hyperuricemia(HUA)in the individuals undergoing metabolic physical examination.Methods A total of 2 546 individuals undergoing physical examination were selected,and their data of demography,physical examination and biochemical indicators detection were collected,then the detection of HUA was assessed.Factors influencing incidence of HUA was analyzed.Results In the 2 546 subjects,the detection rate of HUA was 21.45%,the rate was significantly higher in male than in female,and increased with age(P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that male,elevated diastolic pressure,elevated TG,elevated creatinine,fatty liver,and high body mass index were risk factors of HUA(all P<0.05),with the risk increasing in the order of creatinine,diastolic pressure,TG,body mass index,fatty liver,and male.Conclusion Detection rate of HUA is high in the individuals undergoing metabolic physical examination,and the rate increases with age.The risk of HUA increases in males and individuals with elevated diastolic pressure,elevated TG,elevated creatinine,fatty liver,and high body mass index.
