摘要
汽车外饰塑料件经过铜盐加速醋酸盐雾试验后,出现大量的腐蚀点,被评定为不合格。利用横截面切片法对其腐蚀点的状况进行了研究,并测定了镀层厚度、电位差及活性腐蚀点数量。结果表明:活性腐蚀点的数量偏少是造成盐雾测试失效的主要原因。
Many corrosion spots appeared on the surface of automotive external plastic parts after copper salt accelerated acetic acid salt spray test,which means the parts failed to the test.The status of corrosion spots was studied by cross-section slice method,and the coating thickness,potential difference and the number of active corrosion spots were tested.The results showed that lack of active corrosion spots was the main cause of failing to salt spray test.
