内置式永磁同步电机铁耗对电动汽车续航里程优化的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 受制造工艺的影响,电机的实际铁耗与仿真计算结果差异较大。针对该影响,引入铁耗系数γ来表示电机实际铁耗与仿真计算铁耗的倍数关系,在γ为1、1. 75和2. 5的条件下,通过有限元法,对比了电动汽车驱动用的内置式永磁同步电机结构参数对车辆续航里程的影响,并以提高续航里程为目标对电机进行了优化设计,比较了优化结果的差异。分析和优化时考虑了两个循环工况:美国高速公路工况和Artemis城市工况。结果表明,铁耗差异对HWY工况的优化结果基本无影响,对Artemis工况的优化结果影响较大。 The real iron loss value can be different from simulation value due to manufacturing.In this paper,iron loss factorγwas introduced to indicate the multiple relationship between real iron loss and calculating iron loss by simulation.Based on an interior permanent magnet motor designed for electric vehicles,influence of design parameters on driving range of electric vehicles,was compared by finite element method whenγis 1,1.75 and 2.5,respectively.Optimization and comparison of the motor were conducted aiming at maximum driving range.Two driving cycles were analyzed:Highway Fuel Economy Test(HWY)and Artemis Urban Driving Cycle(Artemis).It shows that for optimization over HWY,iron loss difference has little influence while it has significant influence on optimization over Artemis.
