基于MVO的表贴式Halbach永磁同步电机优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 本文提出了一种采用Halbach充磁的新型不均匀表贴式转子结构的永磁同步电动机。在转子永磁体材料用量相同的前提下,该电机所采用的不均匀不等厚永磁体结构能够有效地改善气隙磁密波形,从而提高电机性能。为了得到转子永磁体形状的设计参数,建立了该电机的数学模型,以气隙磁密基波含量、谐波畸变率和永磁体用量为目标函数来进行电机的优化设计。为了寻找目标函数的最值,首次采用Multi-Verse Optimizer(MVO)优化算法进行寻优,提高了寻优速度和准确性。非均匀Halbach阵列结构电机与传统均匀分布Halbach充磁电机进行了仿真性能对比,结果表明,非均匀Halbach阵列结构电机可以进一步改善气隙磁密波形,提高电机性能。 In this paper,a novel non-uniform permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)with Halbach magnetization was presented.On the premise of the same amount of permanent magnet material,the non-uniform and unequal thickness permanent magnet structure can effectively improve the air gap magnetic density waveform,thus improving the motor performance.In order to obtain the design parameters of the permanent magnet shape,the mathematical model of the motor was firstly established in this paper,taking air-gap magnetic density fundamental wave,harmonic distortion rate and permanent magnet amount as the objective function.In order to find the optimal value of the target function,the Multi-verse Optimizer(MVO)optimization algorithm was first time used in this paper to improve the optimization speed and accuracy.Finally,the performance of the motor is compared with traditional Halbach magnetizing motor.The results show that the structure can further improve the air gap magnetic density waveform and improve the motor performance.
