摘要
对某电动汽车用PMSM的驱动性能参数进行匹配,利用Motor-CAD软件建立永磁同步电机模型。通过E-mag模块与Terminal模块对PMSM模型进行磁热耦合仿真,并建立Lab模块参数的边界和损耗模型,对仿真出的工况工作点分布数据与实际样件标定数据对比,得出需求数据的优化方向,为纯电动汽车动力、经济性能需求指标提升提供参考。
Matching the driving performance parameters of PMSM for an electric vehicle,and using motor-CAD software to establish PMSM model.The magneto-heat coupled simulation of the PMSM model through the E-mag module and the terminal module,and established the boundary and loss model of the Lab module parameters.Comparing the distribution data of working conditions simulated with actual sample calibration data,and obtained the optimization direction of demand data,and provided reference for upgrading the demand indicators of power and economic performance of EV.
