柽柳瘿毡蚧生物学特性的初步研究

Biological characteristics of Eriococcus orbiculus

柽柳瘿毡蚧Eriococcus orbiculus是我国柽柳Tamarix sp.的新害虫,以1龄若虫在新生芽鞘内取食刺激植物组织,形成球形虫瘿,若虫在虫瘿内刺吸汁液为害。通过室内饲养观察和野外调查相结合的方式研究该虫的生物学特性。结果表明:柽柳瘿毡蚧在内蒙古额济纳旗1 a发生1代,以卵在枯枝落叶层越冬。8月和9月为成虫发生期,营两性生殖,每雌产卵72～128粒。同时提出了柽柳瘿毡蚧综合防治方法。

Eriococcus orbiculus is a new pest against Tamarix sp.in China.First instar nymphs fed on new sprouts,which stimulated the formation of spherical galls.Nymphs damaged trees by sucking inside galls.Biological characteristics were studied through indoor feeding and field investigation.The results showed that this pest has one generation per year in ejina of Inner Mongolia,overwintered as eggs in the litter layer.Adults occurred in August and September and reproduced bisexually.Each female laid 72~128 eggs.Integrated control methods were suggested.
