摘要
针对东南亚某铜冶炼厂转炉电收尘器设备老旧,需要进行原地改造的状况,对原电收尘器安装位置、基础等情况深入研究,确定了原地改造扩建1台卧式双室四电场电收尘器的方案。在"电收尘器参数及结构确定—三维设计—模块化预组装和基础提前施工—模块吊装"的总体改造方案下,60 d内顺利完成了原电收尘器的拆除和新电收尘器的安装调试工作。生产运行数据表明,改造后,新转炉电收尘器满足扩产后的生产要求,且实际出口含尘浓度优于设计值。
In view of the old CF ESP equipment in a copper smelter in Southeast Asia,it is necessary to carry out the in-situ upgrading.The installation location of original ESP and foundation need to be intensively studied to upgrade and expand a horizontal two-chamber and four-electric field ESP.Under the overall upgrading program of "parameters and structure determination of ESP-three-dimensional design-modular pre-assembly and foundation pre-construction-modular hoisting",the demolition of the original ESP and the installation & commissioning of the new ESP are successfully completed within 60 days.The operation data shows that the new CF ESP fully meets the production requirements after expansion,and the outlet dust concentration is better than the design value.
