摘要
通过分析铅冶炼中侧吹还原炉的结构特点及炉内耐火材料配置,结合烘炉的目的,分析了侧吹还原炉烘炉方法的改进过程。目前通用的烘炉方法取消了在低温阶段采用电阻丝烘炉的过程,整个烘炉过程都是通过一种新型烧嘴来完成,简洁又节能,在操作和燃料的利用率上有明显优势。
The paper analyzes the structure features of a side blown reduction furnace in lead smelting and its refractories for the purpose of heating-up and elaborates the improvement process of heating-up approach for the side blown reduction furnace.The current heating-up approach eliminates the usage of resistance wire at the low temperature stage.The overall heating-up process is made with a new burner,which is simple and energy-saving and has obvious advantages in operation and fuel utilization.
