污染场地修复标准体系比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Standard System for Remediation of Contaminated Sites

分别从中国、美国、德国、日本土壤污染防治法律法规体系入手,介绍了国外和我国土壤修复标准,并进行对比。结合我国的场地修复工作实际情况,认为从修复工程实施后的用地类型角度确定需要执行的土壤标准更经济、合理。

Starting with the laws and regulations of soil pollution prevention and control in China,the United States,Germany and Japan,the paper introduces the standards of soil remediation in foreign countries and China.After comparison,it is found that the data of the related soil chemical elements in different countries vary greatly.Considering that the site remediation in China is at the stage of the start,it is more economical and reasonable to determine the soil standards to be implemented from the perspective of land use type after the implementation of the remediation project.
