摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)作为数字化信息集成的载体,贯穿于建筑全寿命周期的各个阶段,指导建筑工程项目的设计、施工及运营管理。基于BIM系统的特点,介绍了建筑信息模型在可视化模型设计、数字化模型设计、参数化模型设计和协同设计几个应用方面的工作机理和应用实例,分析了BIM技术在建筑工程项目中的应用前景。
As a carrier of digital information integration,BIM runs through all stages of the life cycle of a building and can be used in guiding design,construction and operation management of a construction project.Based on the characteristics of BIM system,the paper introduces the working mechanism and application examples of Building Information Models in visual model design,digital model design,parametric model design and synergy design and analyzes the application prospect of BIM technology in construction projects.
