摘要
在线热处理钢轨轨头横截面组织检验时发现存在软化带、马氏体与贝氏体混合组织等异常组织。对在线热处理钢轨生产工艺和冷却过程中组织转变机理进行分析研究,结果表明:由于淬火冷却生产线存在的冷却空档导致在钢轨轨头截面形成软化带,钢轨轧制完后冷却不均是产生马氏体与贝氏体混合组织的原因。针对性地提出了消除异常组织的措施,为实际生产过程中在线热处理钢轨轨头组织控制提供了参考。
There are softening zone,martensite and bainite mixed structure and other abnormal structure are found in inspecting the microstructure of the rail cross section by on-line heat treating.The mechanism of microstructure transformation in on-line heat treatment rail production process and cooling process is analyzed.The results show that due to the cooling gap in quenching cooling production line,a softening zone is formed in the rail head cross section.The mixed microstructure of martensite and bainite is caused by uneven cooling after rail rolling.The measures to eliminate abnormal structure are put forward,which provides a reference for on-line heat treatment of rail head structure control.
