首钢京唐2~#高炉中修开炉实践

THE STARTING PRACTICE OF No.2 BF IN SHOUGANG JINGTANG AFTER MEDIUM MAINTENANCE

对首钢京唐公司2#高炉中修后的开炉过程进行了总结。通过开炉前的认真准备,包括试压、烘炉、炉缸填充作业以及科学的开炉料计算等,保证了开炉工作的顺利进行。此次开炉采用了"平台+漏斗"的装料制度,点火后,根据炉况运行情况及时调整,适时喷煤、富氧,冶炼强度逐步提高,开炉第7天,铁水产量突破1万t。

It summarized the starting process of NO.2 BF in Shougang Jingtang after medium maintenance.Through careful preparation before starting BFincluding pressure test,furnace drying,filling hearth,and scientific calculation of BF burden,the smooth operation of the furnace is ensured.In this opening process,the BF adopted charging institution of platform+hopper,after firingit adjusted timely according to the operation condition of the BF,and input PCI and oxygen-enrichment timely,the melting strength improve gradually.After the BF started seven days,the production of hot metalexceeds ten thousand tons per day.
