摘要
对宣钢1号高炉炉役后期强化冶炼生产实践进行了总结。通过采取下部缩小风口面积,加长风口长度,提高风速及鼓风动能;上部适当收窄平台宽度,加深漏斗深度,强化中心主导气流,稳定边缘气流;阶段性钛矿护炉稳定炉缸侧壁温度,强化设备管理等措施,在确保安全生产的基础上,实现了高炉长期稳定顺行及强化冶炼。
The paper summarizes the intensified smelting on Xuansteel's No.1 BF at post campaign.A series of effective technical measures are taken,such as shrinking tuyere area and using long tuyere,improving wind velocity and blast kinetic energy,narrowing the platform width,deepening the funnel depth,intensifying the center dominant flow,stabilizing the edge gas flow,maintenance furnace with Ti ore intermittently to stabilize the temperature of hearth sidewall and so on,long-term steady and smooth blast furnace and strengthened smelting are realized on the basis of ensuring safe production.
