在钢包用铝碳滑板的生产过程中,加入了活性氧化铝粉,成功地对高温烧成铝碳滑板生产工艺进行了改进,较大幅度降低了烧成温度,其基质部分和骨料部分的良好结合,取得了合理的强度和抗氧化性能,并在安钢150 t钢包上达到了三次连续使用的实用效果。
