大孔树脂对青鱼鱼糜漂洗水的吸附热力学研究

摘要 探讨大孔树脂对青鱼鱼糜漂洗水的吸附热力学机理。试验结果表明:HP20型大孔树脂吸附的最佳工艺条件为离子强度为150 mmol/L,pH值为5,温度为35℃。其吸附平衡规律符合Freundlich吸附等温方程,伴随着温度的升高,平衡吸附系数增加且吸附焓恒大于零,表明该吸附属于吸热过程;特征常数大于1且吸附自由能小于零表明该吸附属于自发过程。 Adsorption thermodynamics of macroporous resin about rinse water of black carp surimi was studied.The results indicated that the best adsorption conditions of HP20 macroporous resin were ionic strength 150 mmol/L,pH 5,temperature 35℃.The adsorption equilibrium was consistent with Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation.With the rising of temperature,the equilibrium adsorption coefficient increased and the adsorption enthalpy was always greater than zero.So the adsorption belonged to an endothermic process.The characteristic constant was greater than 1 and the free energy of adsorption was less than zero which indicated that the adsorption was a spontaneous process.
