摘要
分段高度和进路间距及崩矿步距是影响无底柱分段崩落法回收率的3个重要因素。文章结合四川某铁矿生产条件及先期试验成果,运用正交数值模拟试验,对通过正交组合试验确定的9组不同的结构参数模型进行研究分析,最终推荐该铁矿采场采用的最优结构参数为:分段高度20 m、进路间距18 m、崩矿步距3 m。
The three important factors affecting the recovery rate of the pillarless sublevel caving are sublevel height,between-access space and caving step distance.According to production conditions and preliminary test results of an iron mine in Sichuan province,and by using the orthogonal numerical simulation experiment,9 groups of models with different structure parameters determined by orthogonal combination test were investigated and analyzed.The optimal structure parameters for the iron ore stope are finally recommended as sublevel height 20 m,between-access space 18 m,and caving step distance 3 m.
