摘要
文章阐述2种管道水击的机理,分析了煤灰冷却器发生管道水击,对气化炉运行产生的危害。通过对煤灰冷却器结构及原理分析,探讨气化炉在不同阶段下发生管道水击的原因,并采取适当的保护措施和流程改造,来减少局部超温现象的发生,避免水击的产生,在保障气化炉的安全、稳定运行上以及工业试验放大具有重要意义。
Two pipe water attack mechanisms were introduced and the hazards on gasifier operation due to the pipe water attack of coal ash cooler were analyzed.By analyzing the structure and mechanism of coal ash cooler,the reasons for pipe water attack of gasifier in different stages were discussed,and then proper protection measures and flow renovation were carried out to reduce the local overheating and thus to prevent water attack,which enjoys great significance in guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of gasifier and in guiding industrial tests.
