库尔勒地区孔雀河水体中喹诺酮类抗生素的含量与污染特征 被引量:2

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)分析方法,对库尔勒地区孔雀河水体中的喹诺酮类4种抗生素的含量水平进行检测,结果表明,14个采样点均检测到了喹诺酮类抗生素。喹诺酮类抗生素整体浓度范围在ND-198.31ng·L-1之间,其中恩诺沙星ENR检出率(86%),平均残留浓度(36.64ng·L-1)均为检出抗生素之首,在采样点K9呈现最高检出浓度。排名第二,第三的喹诺酮类抗生素为:LOM和CIP。与国内外河流中抗生素的含量水平相比,孔雀河水体中抗生素浓度整体处于中等偏上水平,需要加强在新疆库尔勒地区控制抗生素的使用和采取相应的排放处理措施的必要性。 The contents of four quinolone antibiotics in Kongque water in Korla area were determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The results showed that quinolone antibiotics were detected in all 14 sampling points.The overall concentration of quinolone antibiotics ranged from ND to 198.31 ng·L^-1,of which Enoshacin ENR detection rate(86%)and average residual concentration(36.64 ng·L^-1)were the first to detect antibiotics,and showed the highest detection concentration at the sampling point K9.The second and third quinolones are LOM and CIP.Compared with the content level of antibiotics in rivers at home and abroad,the concentration of antibiotics in Kongque River is on the middle and upper level as a whole.It is necessary to control the use of antibiotics and take corresponding measures to deal with the discharge in Korla,Xinjiang.
