摘要
目前我国食用菌总产量占世界总产量的90%以上,每年生产大量食用菌的同时也产生了数量庞大的废弃菌棒。废菌棒随意丢弃会污染土壤、水体,简单焚烧会污染大气,严重污染环境。本文结合文献阅读和实地考察报告,分析归纳了食用菌废菌棒制作栽培基质、制作有机肥和制作水处理活性炭等方面的合理处理和规范利用,结合山西省实际情况,为山西省废菌棒再利用提出建议,解决处理不当的废菌棒带来的环境污染问题,保护山西生态环境。
At present,the total output of edible fungi in China accounts for more than 90%of the total output of the world,and a large number of edible fungi are produced every year.The discard of waste rods will pollute the soil and water.Simple incineration will pollute the atmosphere and seriously pollute the environment.Combining with literature reading and field investigation report,this paper analyzes and sums up the reasonable treatment and standardized utilization of waste mushroom sticks in making cultivation substrate,organic fertilizer and activated carbon for water treatment,and puts forward some suggestions for the reuse of waste mushroom sticks in Shanxi Province,so as to solve the problem of improper treatment of waste mushroom sticks.The problem of environmental pollution protects the ecological environment of Shanxi.
