烷基糖苷在三种液相色谱柱中的色谱对比

Chromatographic Behaviors of Alkyl Glycoside on Three Types of HPLC Column

对C1214烷基糖苷在ODS-BP柱、氨基柱、凝胶过滤色谱柱三种液相色谱柱中的色谱行为进行比较研究,结果表明烷基糖苷在三种色谱柱中的保留性质各有侧重,特点明显:ODS-BP柱对C12和C14烷基单苷的分离能力较强,对烷基多苷分离能力较弱;氨基柱对不同聚合度的烷基糖苷分离能力较强,对同聚合度不同烷基链的烷基糖苷分离能力较弱;凝胶柱对不同聚合度和不同烷基链的烷基糖苷皆有分离能力,但分析时间长。三种色谱柱的分析结果略有差异。

Acomparation on chromatographic behaviors of C12-C14 alkyl glycoside on three types of HPLC column including ODS-BP column,NH2 column and SEC column was studyed.The results showed that alkyl glycoside exhibited different retention characteristics on these columns.ODSBP column had strong separation ability for C12-C14 alkylmonoglucosides,but weak for alkyl polyglucosides.NH2 column showed good capacity for separation of alkyl glycoside with different polymerization degree,while was inability for getting alkyl chain information.SEC column had definite separation ability for different alkyl chain and different polymerization degree alkyl glycoside,but it needed longer analytical time and with non-ideal peak profile.The analysis results on three columns appeared a slight difference.
