VOCs Points Collection Mode of Coking System

焦化行业VOCs的控制和治理日益被人们所关注,现阶段各焦化厂均开始配备VOCs治理设备,但在治理过程中,收集常常被忽略,导致气体收集方式方法不对,气量选择不合适,达不到治理要求。本文简要介绍了焦化系统VOCs的排放方式和污染点位,并对不同点位气体收集进行了描述分析,为焦化行业VOCs的治理提供了一定的收集依据。

The control and treatment of VOCs in coking industry are increasingly concerned by people.At present,all coking plants are equipped with VOCs treatment equipment.However,in the treatment process,collection is often ignored,resulting in incorrect methods of gas collection,inappropriate gas selection and can’t meet the treatment requirements.This paper briefly introduces the emission mode and pollution points of VOCs in coking system,and describes and analyzes the gas collection at different points,which provides a certain basis for the treatment of VOCs in coking industry.
