摘要 输电杆塔运行环境复杂,频繁受到外力破坏,为有效对输电线路杆塔稳定性进行在线监测,采用了多传感器数据融合的信号检测方法,分别采用了多个振动传感器和倾角传感器将检测结果和检测数据进行融合,对输电线路杆塔稳定性做出判断。其中检测系统电源通过感应卡环取电。实现多个传感器不同角度的分布,有效识别出输电线路杆塔振动倾斜情况。检测得到的结果通过检测系统GSM短信发送给输电线路相关的运行维护人员,同时上传到监控中心的服务器。故障模拟运行试验表明该方法能实现输电线路杆塔稳定的早期预警。 The operating environment of the transmission tower is complicated and is frequently damaged by external forces.In order to effectively monitor the stability of the transmission line tower,this paper adopts the multi-sensor data fusion signal detection method.It uses multiple vibration sensors and inclination sensors to test results and data.Convergence is made to judge the stability of the transmission line tower.The detection system power is taken through the induction card ring.The distribution of different angles of multiple sensors is realized and the vibration tilt of the transmission line tower is effectively recognized.The detected result is sent to the mobile phone related operation and maintenance personnel mobile phone through the detection system GSM short message and simultaneously uploaded to the monitoring center server.The fault simulation operation test shows that the method can realize the early warning of the stability of the transmission line tower.
