一种基于无线高压直流智能微安表的硬件设计

摘要 针对目前高压直流试验中试验人员在读取微安表示数时存在安全隐患与观测不便的问题,提出一种基于ZigBee无线通信协议的无线遥测智能微安表解决方案。智能微安表由测量终端与手持机两部分组成,通过ZigBee无线模块进行数据传送,用于高压直流试验的电流测量。概述了各部分的测量原理,并对测量终端的保护电路做出简要说明。该装置可为测量人员提供安全便捷的测量环境。 In view of the current high-voltage DC test,the tester has a safety hazard when reading the micro-ampere representation and the problem of inconvenience in observation.This paper proposes a wireless telemetry intelligent micro-amps solution based on ZigBee wireless communication protocol.The intelligent micro-ampere meter consists of two parts:the measuring terminal and the handheld.The data is transmitted through the ZigBee wireless module for current measurement in the high-voltage DC test.The measurement principle of each part is summarized and the protection circuit of the measurement terminal is briefly described.The device provides a safe and convenient measurement environment for surveyors.
