摘要
本文首先对秦山核电二厂3、4号机组生产实时数据的通讯传输方式进行了阐述,并分析其现存的问题。然后介绍了PI实时数据库的基本概念与DCS数字化系统的接口应用,对比PI实时数据的特点、优势,通过技术改造的方式升级秦山核电二厂3、4号机组生产实时数据的通讯传输方式,升级完成后,PI实时数据将包含3、4号机组核岛和常规岛等区域的主要生产运行数据,可满足核电厂日常生产运行数据监视、分析和设备可靠性建设的需求。
Firstly,the communication and transmission mode of real-time production data for units 3 and 4 of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant II is described,and the existing problems are analyzed.Then it introduces the basic concept of PI real-time database and its interface application with DCS digital system.Compared with the characteristics and advantages of PI real-time data,it upgrades the communication and transmission mode of real-time data for units 3 and 4 of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant through technical transformation.After upgrading,PI real-time data will contain the main production and operation data of units 3 and 4 in nuclear island and conventional island areas.It can meet the requirements of daily production and operation data monitoring,analysis and equipment reliability construction of nuclear power plants.
