摘要
秦山第二核电厂1/2号机组原JPL缆式报警控制柜采用武汉中核仪表厂生产的JB-QB-48B型报警控制器。由于该系统控制柜已运行10余年,已经出现备件短缺,甚至无可用备件情况。本文以改造背景和设计思路为切入点,着重介绍了新JPL控制系统的组成和工作流程。通过对JPL控制柜换型改造,能够从根本上解决旧系统中出现的备件短缺问题,恢复设备可用性。同时,新系统具有更好的人机交互界面、可视化的火灾报警编程软件,能够方便地对报警/故障进行分辨,有效降低了设备维护的门槛。新机柜采用国内成熟的技术,提高了设备可靠性。
The original Qinshan Nuclear Power PlantⅡUnit1/2#JPL cable type alarm control cabinets were built by Wuhan CNNC Nuclear Instrument Factory.All the cabinets have used over ten years.There has a problem of shortage spare parts,even no spare parts.This paper starting from the upgrade background and design ideas,the constitute and workflow of the new JPL control system are introduced.After cabinets are upgraded,that can radically solve the problem of spare parts shortage in the old system,and make the devices availability.Meanwhile,new system has better human-machine interface,visible fire alarm programming software,and easily to read out alarm/fault information,lower the threshold of equipment maintenance.New cabinets adopt mature technology,improve the reliability of equipment.
