紧密型生源基地建设在招生工作中的实效性分析——以常州信息职业技术学院为例

On the Efficiency of the Construction of Affiliation Source Base in Student Recruitment——Taking Changzhou College of Information Technology as an Example

优质生源决定了高职院校未来的发展趋势。在生源数量持续紧缩的大背景下,高职院校总体生源质量水平得不到提高,笔者以常州信息职业技术学院为例,结合高职院校生源基地建设的现状,深入分析当前生源基地的有效性,通过精准定位目标、完善交流机制、加大基地建设力度等途径入手,促进高职院校招生工作的实效性,从而实现生源基地建设向紧密性方向发展。

The quality of students determines the development trend of higher vocational colleges.However,under the background of continuous contraction of students’number,the overall quality of the newly-recruited students in higher vocational colleges cannot be improved.Taking Changzhou College of Information Technology as an example,combined with the current situation of the student source base construction in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of the current source base in details,and promotes the effectiveness of recruitment activities in higher vocational colleges through the ways to accurately position targets,improve the communication mechanism and to strengthen base construction so as to realize the close relationship development of the student source base.
