航天用硅橡胶减振器静态压缩性能的研究 被引量:14

摘要 以航天用硅橡胶减振器为研究对象,首先通过对硅橡胶进行材料性能试验获取材料的应力—应变关系,然后使用最小二乘法对多种硅橡胶超弹性本构模型进行拟合得到对应的应力—应变关系,通过比较计算值与试验数据的相对误差,从而选取最优的Signiorini模型进行硅橡胶的静态性能有限元分析。在此基础上,分析得到了硅橡胶的压缩量对减振器的应力状态和静刚度的影响。 Silicon rubber absorber for aerospace was selected as the research object.Firstly,the stress-strain relationship of silicon rubber was obtained through the material properties test.Secondly,the least square method was used to fit a variety of hyperelastic constitutive models,then the corresponding stress-strain relationship was obtained.By calculating the relative error between the fitting result and the test result,the optimal Signiorini model was chosen to perform th e finite element analysis of the static properties of silicone rubber.On this basis,the influence of the compression of silicone rubber on the stress state and static stiffness of the silicon rubber absorber was obtained.
