摘要
在某城市地铁运营中存在车辆转向架一系圆柱螺旋弹簧非正常断裂的情况,结合现场测试数据,利用ANSYS建立了弹簧的几何模型,对弹簧的刚度(垂直刚度、横向刚度)进行有限元分析计算,并与理论分析计算结果进行对比。同时,重点仿真分析了在车辆运行过程中可能存在的弹簧簧丝间的接触问题。
There is an abnormal fracture of the cylindrical helical spring of a subway bogie in the operation.Combining with the field test data,the geometric model of the spring was established by ANSYS,and the stiffness of the spring was analyzed and calculated by the finite element method,and the results were compared with the results of theoretical analysis.At the same time,the contact between the spring′s wires that may exist during the operation of the vehicle was emphatically simulated and analyzed.
