摘要 矿用乳化液浓度对综采工作面液压支架液压系统的工作性能有很大的影响,通过过滤站可改善乳化液浓度。首先应用三维建模软件Pro/E建立了过滤站模型,然后应用虚拟样机技术对过滤站液压系统进行了设计及仿真研究,实现了开关阀的正常运行,验证了系统的工作性能。 The concentration of mineral emulsions has a great influence on the working performance of the hydraulic support in fully mechanized face,and the concentration of mineral emulsions can be improved by use of filter station.Firstly,the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E was used to establish the model of the filtration station.Then the virtual prototype software ADAMS was used to design and simulate the hydraulic system of the filtration station.The normal operation of the on-off valve was realized and the performance of the system was verified.
