摘要
圆管带式输送机具有占地面积小、线路布置灵活的特点,通常要架设数量较多的桁架以组成其输送线路,根据相关标准,桁架外侧须安装护栏。为实现护栏通用化制造,拟将护栏立杆直接焊接于走道角钢上。为了研究采用不同型号角钢时护栏的刚度,采用了基于有限元软件ABAQUS的分析方法。结果显示,护栏刚度与走道角钢壁厚相关性较大,而在角钢上焊接加强筋的方法不能明显提高护栏刚度。所得结论可作为类似项目走道角钢选型的参考。
The pipe belt conveyor has the characteristics of taking small space and flexible layout.Usually,a large number of trusses should be set up to build the transmission lines.According to the relevant standards,the guardrail must be mounted outside the truss.In order to realize the generalization of guardrail,the stanchion will be directly welded to the aisle angle steel.The analysis based on the ABAQUS is used to study the stiffness of the guardrail with different types of angle steel.The results show that the stiffness of the guardrail can not be improved by using the welding stiffeners,and the stiffness of the guardrail is related to the thickness of the angle steel.The conclusion can be used as references for the selection of aisle angle steel for similar projects.
