基于MBD的泵阀零件模具优化设计与制造研究

摘要 泵阀零件模具的构成复杂,模具设计与制造CAD/CAE/CAM不方便工艺人员直接识读,难以提高模具设计质量和制模效率。提出以MBD参数化模型为核心的泵阀零件模具设计与制造工艺,研究兼容MBD的模具CAD/CAE/CAM集成平台,通过UG/Open API开发以UG NX三维模型标记约束为遍历对象的MBD参数获取系统,由Access数据库分类存储模具设计、挤压铸造和制模工艺等MBD模型参数,并与CAE/CAM相关联。该系统可方便工艺人员识读模具CAD/CAE/CAM与加工过程数据,优化模具设计方案。 The composition of the pump valve parts mould is complicated,CAD/CAE/CAM of the mould are inconvenient,and it is difficult to improve the mould design quality and making efficiency.In the paper,the mould design and manufacturing process of pump valve parts based on MBD parametric model has been proposed.CAD/CAE/CAM integrated mould platform compatible with MBD has been researched,UG/Open API is used to develop MBD parameters gathering system from 3D model mark constraint by UG NX.The Access has been used for storing MBD mould parameters such as mould design,extrusion casting,and moulding process associated with CAE/CAM.The system can offer design and processing data of the mould CAD/CAE/CAM,and optimize the mould design scheme.
