摘要
以新型筛煤机的筛轴为研究对象,采用AutoCAD软件建立了筛轴结构的二维模型。对筛轴进行了选材,确定了筛轴主轴的直径取值。通过结构优化,确定筛轴结构由主轴、渐开线齿型筛片和轴套三部分组成。设计的筛轴能够提高筛分效率及筛分能力,具有较好的抗冲击能力,延长了其使用寿命,提高了筛煤质量。
The sieve shaft of a new type of screening coal machine was taken as the research object,by use of the AutoCAD software,the two-dimensional model of the sieve shaft was set up.The material of sieve shaft was selected and the diameter of the main shaft was determined.Through optimization,the sieve shaft structure was determined,which was composed of a main shaft,an involute sieve,and a bushing.The sieve shaft can improve the screening efficiency an d screening capacity,has better impact resistance,which may prolong the service life of the screening machine.
