基于Profibus总线的智能本安型电动球阀研究

摘要 为了提高煤矿井下排水系统的工作效率,降低煤矿存在的安全隐患,设计了一种基于Profibus现场总线的智能本安型电动球阀。首先对该电动球阀的机械结构及执行机构进行设计,并利用SolidWorks软件设计其相应的防爆外壳,保证该电动球阀在工作过程中周边环境的安全性。随后,根据本安型原则,利用Protel软件对该电动球阀的控制电路进行设计。最后,以Profibus总线技术为基础,对该电动球阀的整个控制系统进行设计,具体包括控制系统的硬件配置和软件设计。最终建立了智能本安型电动球阀的Profibus总线控制系统,实现了智能本安型电动球阀的总线控制。 In order to improve the original underground drainage system of coal mine,reduce the hidden danger of coal mine,an intelligent intrinsic-safe electric ball valve based on Profibus field bus is designed.Firstly,the mechanical structure and actuator of the electric ball valve is designed,and the corresponding explosion-proof enclosure is designed by use of SolidWorkd to ensure that the electric ball valve is safe in service.Then,Protel software is used to design the control circuit of this electric ball valve according to the principle of safety,and Profibus bus technology is applied to designing the entire control system of the electric ball valve,including the hardware configuration and software program.Finally,the Profibus bus control system of intelligent intrinsic-safe electric ball valve is established,and the bus control of intelligent intrinsic-safe electric ball valve is realized.
