基于PLC的鼓泡式轻烃燃气自动控制系统

摘要 研究了鼓泡式轻烃燃气的制气工艺原理及制气过程,介绍了其自动控制系统的硬件组成和软件方案。本系统采用触摸屏作为上位机、计算机为下位机的结构模式,利用步科EV5000组态软件设计了组态监控画面,很好地实现了人机交互。 The process principle and the gas-generating process of light hydrocarbon gas were investigated in this paper.An appropriate mathematical model was set up to analyze the factors affecting the light hydrocarbon fuel gasification process,including temperature,pressure,liquid level,the oxygen content etc.The hardware system and software system were designed,and the control ladder program based on Mitsubishi programmable logic controller was written.The results of simulation with GX simulator software show that the program is reasonable and the control scheme is feasible.The system uses a touch screen and a computer as the upper and lower computers,applies the Kinco EV5000 software to the design of configuration monitor screen,and a good human-computer interaction is achieved.
