基于PLC的采煤机运行监测控制系统的研究

Research on Coal Winning Machine Operation Monitoring System Based on PLC

为保证采煤机械的安全高效运行,同时延长采煤机的使用寿命,提高采煤机运行的自动化程度,设计了一种新的基于PLC的采煤机运行监测控制系统,能够对采煤机的运行情况进行不间断监测,发生异常现象时及时报警,并对异常现象或者故障进行初步分析和记录,便于工作人员的及时处理,极大地提高了采煤机运行的稳定性和使用寿命。

In order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of coal cutters,prolong the service life of coal cutters and improve the automation degree of coal cutters,this paper designs a new monitoring system based on PLC,which can continuously monitor the operation of coal cutters,give an alarm in time when there is abnormal phenomenon,and make preliminary analysis and record of abnormal phenomenon,which is convenient for workers to deal with in time and greatly improve the operation stability and service life of the machine.
