摘要 为了对某矿12401大采高工作面液压支架进行合理选型,根据工作面实际地质条件,分析了支架-围岩体系的刚度特性;依据不同直接顶刚度类型分别建立力学模型,研究了支架-围岩体系的作用机理;利用理论分析和现场实测两种方法计算工作面支架的合理阻力,并对支架进行了合理选型;最后根据现场实测的初撑力和支架末阻力分布规律,对支架适应性进行了合理分析,认为该型支架完全满足工作面实际需求,为矿井安全生产奠定了基础。 In order to select the reasonable hydraulic support for 12401 large-height mining face in a coal mine,according to the practical geological condition of working face,this paper analyzed the stiffness characteristic of the surrounding-rock system.According to the different roof stiffness,the mechanics model was set up,and the surrounding-rock system mechanism was investigated,The reasonable resistance of the working face support was calculated by theoretical analysis and field measurement,and the hydraulic support was selected reasonably.Finally,according to the work resistance distribution law of working face support,the adaptability analysis of the support was carried out,the results show that the support can completely meet the practical requirement,which has laid a basis for the safe production of the mine.
