摘要
提出了基于以太网的IEC 61850标准的单相接地网络保护方案,首先设计了智能变电站结构,重点分析和研究了过程层同步采样技术以及GOOSE通信网络的延时特性。之后设计了智能变电站单相接地网络保护动作逻辑以及算法流程,通过信息共享,可以智能化地判断故障位置和类型,有选择地发出保护动作。
This paper proposes a single-phase earthing network protection scheme based on IEC 61850 standard of Ethernet.Firstly,the structure of smart substation is designed,and the synchronization sampling technology of process layer and the delay characteristics of GOOSE communication network are analyzed and studied.The logic and algorithm flow of the single-phase grounding network protection of the smart substation are designed.Through the information sharing,the fault can be diagnosed intelligently,and the protection action can be issued selectively.
