新建本科院校青年教师师德教育机制研究

Research on the Teacher's Moral Education Mechanism of Young Teachers in Newly Established Colleges

摘要 新建本科院校青年教师师德缺失主要表现在以下方面:理想信念不够坚定、短视功利倾向严重、运用新媒体缺乏经验、民主管理参与程度低下、重专业教育轻德育等。新建本科院校在青年教师师德教育方面虽然采取了一系列有效措施,但在青年教师准入、联动协作、监督考评、能力提升、民主参与、激励、约束惩处等方面还存在很多不足之处。因此,新建本科院校必须不断健全青年教师的师德教育机制,包括准入机制、多元联动协作机制、监督考评机制、能力提升机制、民主参与机制、激励机制和约束惩处机制等。 The lack of young teachers’morality in newly-built undergraduate colleges is mainly manifested in the following aspects:ideals and beliefs are not firm enough,short-sighted utilitarian tendencies are serious,lack of experience in using new media,low participation in democratic management,and valuing professional education and despising moral education.Although newly-built undergraduate colleges have adopted a series of effective measures in the education of young teachers’morality,there are still many shortcomings in terms of young teachers’access,linkage and collaboration,supervision and evaluation,ability improvement,democratic participation,incentives,punishment,and so on.Therefore,new undergraduate colleges must constantly improve the teachers’morality-education mechanism of young teachers,including access mechanism,multi-level linkage mechanism,supervision and evaluation mechanism,capacity improvement mechanism,democratic participation mechanism,incentive mechanism,constraint punishment mechanism,and so on.
