The Evolution and Patterning of the Poverty Alleviation Paradigm Shift in Poverty-stricken Areas in Western China

扶贫范式是国家治理贫困地区的主要模式,借鉴西方发达国家的先进扶贫范式是将我国传统扶贫范式进一步转化的重要途径。西部地区只有结合本地区实际发展状况,才能确保现阶段的扶贫范式发挥实质作用。

The poverty alleviation paradigm is the main mode for the state to govern the poverty-stricken areas of the country.Learning from the advanced poverty alleviation paradigm of western developed countries is an important way to further transform the traditional poverty alleviation paradigm in China.Because of the limitations and characteristics of the western region,only by combining the actual economic development of the region and the latest current affairs policy can we ensure that the current poverty alleviation paradigm exerts its substantive role and value.This paper takes the Western countries’poverty alleviation paradigm theory as the research background,expounds its evolution process and extracts strategic decisions suitable for poverty alleviation in the country,in order to help it achieve its more sustainable poverty alleviation goals.
