大数据已经驱动图书馆服务在各方面创新,利用BICOMB、SPSS、Ucinet软件对大数据环境下图书馆服务相关研究成果进行可视化分析并予以解读。研究发现大数据环境下国内图书馆服务研究关注于信息服务、知识服务、个性化服务、学科服务、智慧服务五大方面。同时,高校学科移动服务整合微服务、数字图书馆数据服务与人文服务、机器学习式智慧图书馆服务、图书馆服务中隐私保护的研究有望成为后续研究重点。
