HPLC-DAD法同时测定降压类保健食品中非法添加的12种化学成分 被引量:12

摘要 目的:以HPLC法同时测定保健食品中非法添加的阿替洛尔、盐酸可乐定、氢氯噻嗪、盐酸哌唑嗪、卡托普利、利血平、硝苯地平、氨氯地平、尼群地平、尼莫地平、非洛地平和尼索地平。方法:HPLC法,采用Agilent Extend C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温:35℃;检测波长:220 nm。结果:上述12个成分在各自线性范围内均线性良好,r均>0.996 9。平均回收率为94.8%~103.1%,RSD为0.89%~1.7%(n=9)。结论:此法简便、准确、重复性好,可同时测定降压类保健食品中非法添加的12种化学成分。 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous detection of atenolol,clonidine hydrochlorid,hydrochorothiazide,captopril,reserpine,nifedipine,amlodipine,nitrendipine,nimodipine,felodipine and nisoldipine,which were illegally added into health foods.Methods:The HPLC method was performed on a Agilent Extend C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).The column temperature was 35℃.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%phosphate acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The determination wavelength was 220 nm.Results:All components had good linearities in their own linear ranges.The average recoveries were 94.8%-103.1%,RSD was 0.89%-1.7%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable and reproducible,which can be used to detect 12 anti-hypertensive chemical components in health foods.
