炎琥宁生产母液中原料回收实验研究

Study on the Recovery of PDS in the Mother Liquor

炎琥宁生产过程中会产生大量含炎琥宁产品的母液,对炎琥宁结晶母液进行减压浓缩、冷冻干燥、酸化、重结晶处理,将母液中的炎琥宁转化为脱水穿心莲内酯琥珀酸半酯进行回收。经分析检测,从结晶母液中回收的脱水穿心莲内酯琥珀酸半酯的纯度为89.04%,可以作为生产炎琥宁的原料循环回用。本工艺在提高产品总收率和降低原料成本方面合理可行,具有工业参考价值。

A lot of crystallization mother liquor containing potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate(PDS)is produced during the production of PDS.The crystallization mother liquor of PDS was dealt with by means of vacuum concentration,vacuum freeze drying,acidification and recrystallization.The PDS in the mother liquor was converted to dehydroandrographolide succina(DAS)for recovery.After analysis and testing,the purity of DAS recovered from the crystallization mother liquor is 89.04%,and it can be recycled as a raw material for producing PDS.The process is reasonable and feasible in improving the total yield and reducing the cost of raw materials,and it also has reference value in industry.
