摘要
铸件质量主要取决于工艺设计阶段的设计质量、生产过程阶段的过程质量。铸件质量的波动主要有两个方面的原因:第一是设计信息不能准确实时的传递;第二是制造过程控制中不能准确、及时的采集到关键质量信息,以及不合格信息未能进行及时有效的纠正。本文介绍了如何将PLM系统、生产MES数字化系统、手机过程控制APP系统进行集成建立完整的设计制造一体化质量控制系统。
The casting quality mainly depends on the design quality in the process design stage and the process quality in the production stage. The unstable quality of castings is mainly due to two reasons: first, the design information cannot be transmitted accurately and timely;second, the key quality information caimot be collected accurately and timely in the manufacturing process, and the unqualified information cannot be corrected timely and effectively. This paper introduces how to integrate PLM system, production MES digitization system and mobile phone process control APP system to establish a complete integrated quality control system for design and manufacture.
