利用旋转磁场等离子处理技术去除污泥重金属的探索 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,我国污水处理量和处理率得到大幅提升,污泥产生量也相应增加。污泥中除含有机质和N、P、K等植物养分外,也或多或少含有一定量的重金属。重金属的存在限制了污泥的资源化利用,未经有效处理的污泥农用时,重金属不仅会随着作物吸收系统进入体内,还会导致土壤重金属污染,进而会对地下水造成污染。目前污泥重金属的去除方法如吸附法、酸化法、离子交换法等都存在处理成本高、易引起二次污染以及去除率偏低等缺点。旋转磁场等离子处理技术作为一种新型污泥重金属处理技术,不仅工艺简单、运行成本低,并且可通过提升反应参与物的化学反应速率与充分度,高效去除、回收重金属,避免二次污染,保护环境。 In recent years, China's sewage treatment capacity and rate have been greatly improved, and sludge production has increased accordingly. In addition to organic matter, N, P, K and other plant nutrients, sludge also contains a certain amount of heavy metals. The existence of heavy metals restricts the resource utilization of sludge. W hen the sludge is used for agricultural use without effective treatment, heavy metals will not only enter the body with the crop absorption system, but also lead to soil heavy metal pollution, which will then cause pollution to groundwater. A t present, the removal methods of heavy metals in sludge, such as ad-sorption, acidification and ion exchange, have the disadvantages of high treatment cost, easy secondary pollution and low removal rate. As a new type of sludge heavy metal treatment technology, the rotating magnetic field plasma treatment technology is not only simple in process and low in operation cost, but also can effectively remove and recover heavy metals by improving the chemical reaction rate and sufficiency of the reaction participants, avoiding secondary pollution and protecting the environment.
