摘要
本文采用中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)数据,运用实证研究方法系统地评估了土地确权对农地流转的影响,并且考察了土地流转决策中的财富效应。为了克服实证分析中的内生性,本文采用Wooldridge(2015)提出的控制函数方法考察了财富效应视角下土地确权与农地流转的关系。实证研究结果表明,稳定清晰的农地产权能够显著地促进农村土地的流转,有助于农村土地资源的优化配置。同时,我们也发现了土地流转决策中显著的财富效应。家庭财富较多的农户家庭往往倾向于减少土地流转的规模,参于土地流转市场的意愿更低。
This paper investigate the effects of land titling on land transfer empirically,using the data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS),as well as the wealth effect in the decision process of farmer household.The paper investigate the relationship between land titling and land transfer based on the wealth effect perspective with the control function method that proposed by Wooldridge(2015).Our empirical results indicate that clear and well defined property right of farmland is beneficial to land transfer,and lead to the optimal distribution of rural lands.Meantime,we also find the significant and negative wealth effect in the land transfer decision.Households with more fortune tend to have less inclination to participate in the land market transaction.
