社会工作专业大学生公益创业的困境与出路研究

Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasure of Social Work College Students' Social Entrepreneurship

近年来,高校积极贯彻"大众创业、万众创新"的理念,注重培养大学生的创新创业能力,组织学生参加中国"互联网+"大学生创新创业大赛。随着大赛的全面铺开,学生中掀起了一股创业热潮。从第三届大赛开始,增加了"互联网+公益"赛道,公益创业逐渐被大学生群体熟知。社会工作专业大学生接触公益组织的机会较多,具备一定的专业素养,经过培养可以更好地为公益慈善组织服务,尽管社会工作专业大学生进行公益创业相较于其他专业的学生来说有一定优势,但也存在困境,如自身能力不足、社会环境制约、缺乏政策支持等。如何让社会工作专业大学生更好地进行公益创业,是本文探讨的重点。

In recent years,colleges and universities have actively implemented the concept of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",paid attention to training college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and organized students to participate in China's"Internet+"college students'innovation and entrepreneurship competition.With the overall spread of the competition,students set off an upsurge of entrepreneurship.Since the third competition,the"Internet+public welfare"track has been added,and public welfare entrepreneurship has gradually become known to college students.Students majoring in social work have more opportunities to contact public welfare organizations.After training,they can better serve charitable organizations.Although social work college students have certain advantages over other majors,they also have difficulties,such as lack of their own ability,social environment constraints,and lack of policy support.How to make social work college students better to start a public welfare business is the focus of this article.
