大学生创新创业能力提升路径分析

Analysis on the Path of Improving the Innovation Ability of College Students

大学生作为科技创新和未来知识创造的主体,是建设创新型国家的主力军。为加快形成大众创业、万众创新的生动局面,本文首先对大学生创新创业教育存在的问题及成因进行深入探讨,在此基础上提出可通过以下四个方面提升高校大学生创新创业能力:加大宣传力度,树立科学人才培养观念;构建教学体系,需求驱动人才培养目标;模拟实践实训,构建实践人才保障体系;校内外互动制,加强社会人才支撑体系。

As the main body of technological innovation and future knowledge creation,college students are the main force in building an innovative country.In order to speed up the formation of a positive situation for mass entrepreneurship and innovation,this paper firstly discusses the problems of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education as well as the causes.On this basis,it proposes to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students through the following four aspects:increasing publicity and establishing a scientific talent training concept;building a teaching system and achieving the demand-driven talent training objective;simulating practical training and building a practical talent security system;strengthening the social talent support system through an internal and external interactive system.
