职业核心能力的培养与提升,是学校造就具有持久竞争优势专业人才的关键,而评价模型的建立与运用又是培养中的重要环节。高职酒店管理专业学生职业核心能力评价模型的构建,应坚持科学性原则、系统性原则、可操作性原则及可比较性原则。本文依托市场调研的手段,结合行业发展、专业培养现状及学生的特点等,最终形成了核心能力评价模型,为学生职业核心能力的培养提供了有效参考。

The cultivation and promotion of professional core competence is the key to creating a professional talent with sustainable competitive advantage.The establishment and application of evaluation model is an important part of training.The construction of the professional core competence evaluation model for higher vocational management students should adhere to the principles of scientificity,systemicity,operability and comparability.Based on the means of market research,combined with the development of the industry,the status quo of professional training and the characteristics of students,this paper finally forms a core competence evaluation model,which provides an effective reference for the cultivation of students'professional core competence.
