边疆民族地区实施乡村振兴战略的路径探究——以延边朝鲜族自治州水南村为例

Exploring the Path of Implementing Rural Revitalization Strategy in Frontier Ethnic Areas: Taking Shuinan Village of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture as an Example

乡村振兴战略是十九大提出的对"三农问题"的发展规划,是社会主义新农村建设要求的升级版。水南村是典型的边疆少数民族聚居村落,在近几年的发展中,充分发挥资源优势,调整产业结构,大力发展现代农业和文化服务产业,实现了全村人民增收。本文以水南村为例,通过梳理水南村发展情况,探索边疆民族地区实施乡村振兴战略的有效路径,希望为其他边疆和民族地区农村发展提供有益借鉴。

The rural revitalization strategy is the development plan for the"three rural issues"proposed by the 19th National Congress and an upgraded version of the requirements for the construction of a new socialist countryside.Shuinan Village is a typical village inhabited by ethnic minorities.In its development in recent years,it has given full play to its resource advantages,adjusted its industrial structure,vigorously developed modern agriculture and cultural service industries,and realized the increase in the income of the entire village.Taking Shuinan Village as an example,this paper explores the development of Shuinan Village and explores the effective path of implementing the rural revitalization strategy in frontier ethnic areas,hoping to provide useful references for rural development in other frontier and ethnic areas.
